1. Data Controller and Legal Basis
The data controller for data processed through cookies is Rioforge Information Solutions (unit “Rioforge Digital Solutions”; registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-02-0016102; Delhi, India) — phone: +90 530 306 28 53, e-mail: merhaba@linksosyal.com. This policy is provided as a separate document forming part of our duty to inform (KVKK art. 10).
Essential cookies are used on the basis of KVKK art. 5/2-(c) and (f) as they are necessary to provide the service; analytics, functional and marketing cookies are used only on the basis of explicit consent under KVKK art. 5/1. We follow the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board's guidance and decisions on cookie practices.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files sites store in your browser; they power features like keeping you signed in and remembering your language. Local storage (localStorage) is used for similar purposes.
3. Cookie Types We Use
- Essential cookies and local storage: session and authentication (the __session cookie and the sp_token local record), language preference, admin session and security. When you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google Firebase keeps temporary records in your browser to complete the sign-in. These are required for the service and cannot be disabled.
- Functional local storage: interface preferences such as theme (light/dark), sidebar state and the selected Instagram account, and the referral/invite code (sp_ref, 30 days).
- Measurement: bio-page views and link clicks are counted on our own servers, in aggregate; no third-party analytics cookie is used for this.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: not currently used (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising tools are loaded). If added in the future they will be activated only with your explicit consent and this policy will be updated first.
- Preference record: your cookie choices are stored in your browser so we can evidence your preference.
4. Meta Business Tools and Third-Party Cookies
Where Meta Business Tools (e.g. Meta Pixel, Conversions API) are used in the Service, in line with the Meta Business Tools Terms:
- The relevant pages carry clear and prominent notice of data collection, sharing and use, linking to Meta's cookie and data policies
- In jurisdictions that require informed consent for storing and accessing cookies or device information (e.g. the EU), we verifiably ensure all necessary consents are obtained before Meta cookies are enabled
- Users are directed to Meta's cookie policy and ad-preference pages for details and choices about Meta cookies
- Third-party provider cookies (e.g. Google/Firebase, Meta) are governed by their own policies
5. Consent and Managing Preferences
On your first visit to the marketing site you can choose your cookie preference by category in the consent panel. Boxes are not pre-ticked; consent is obtained freely and for a specific purpose. The panel is not shown automatically to signed-in users or on public bio/product pages, which only use essential records; you can always open your preferences from the link in the site footer.
You may withdraw consent at any time: reopen the panel to change your choice, or delete/block cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Blocking essential cookies may break sign-in. Consent records are kept so we can evidence that consent was given.
6. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes; persistent cookies are kept at most 12 months as a rule and refreshed upon expiry. The referral code is kept for 30 days.
