1. Parties
Seller / service provider: Rioforge Information Solutions (unit “Rioforge Digital Solutions”; registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-02-0016102; Delhi, India) — phone: +90 530 306 28 53, e-mail: merhaba@linksosyal.com.
Buyer: the natural or legal person who owns the registered LinkSosyal account and purchases a plan.
2. Subject and Main Characteristics of the Service
The subject is the electronic provision of the LinkSosyal plan (Creator, Pro or Business) chosen by the Buyer, monthly or annually. Plan contents are clearly shown on the pricing page and the plan picker.
3. Price and Payment
The plan price and billing period are shown as a total amount immediately before the payment step. Payment is taken by card through a licensed payment service provider; card details are never stored by LinkSosyal.
Annual plans are charged once and give 13 months of access (12 months + 1 bonus month).
4. Performance and Delivery
The service is performed electronically right after the payment is confirmed (see the Shipping & Delivery Policy).
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. However, under art. 15/1-(h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right cannot be exercised for services whose performance started with the Buyer's consent before the withdrawal period ended; at the payment step the Buyer confirms that the service starts immediately. 6. Disputes
Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent.
7. Entry into Force
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer electronically confirms at the payment step that they have read and accepted this text. A copy is e-mailed on request.
